Pre-Training Evaluation– First, I'll call you and we’ll discuss any medical conditions, injuries, fitness limitations, current eating habits and fitness regiment. I take the time to fully understand your health past, present and future goals. I'll need to know your current fitness state and use this information to customize your fitness and nutrition plan to reach your goals as effectively as possible.
Fitness evaluation test - Before I can tailor your program I need to get a feel for where you are stamina wise, and what are your strength and weaknesses. This is possible by using my 8 step exercise video, where I walk you thru 8 exercises, step by step, hitting each body part testing your strength, stamina and coordination.
Fitness Videos and Exercise Routine – After your evaluation, I'll put together your tailored fitness videos and exercise routines. Here we'll break down your workout schedule on a daily or weekly basis. I'll provide routines to target your specific health and fitness goals. Your workouts videos will be updated and reevaluated, to give your body a constant state of stimulus, never allowing you to plateau, or get bored.
Nutrition Plan – A nutrition plan outlining the types of foods you should consume. I provide my clients with options that satisfy not only their hunger but their nutritional needs. I also include snacks or alternative meals so you won’t get tired of eating the same thing every day.
Check In – Each checkin will consist of a Skype, FaceTime phone calls, where we'll discuss the nutritional and fitness plan your following. We use data points such as your energy level, how you’re feeling mentally and physically, your weight, and how well you adhered to your plan. Based on this information we make adjustments if needed to both the nutrition and fitness so your progress continues to stay linear and you don’t reach a sticking point during your fitness endeavor. My programs are dynamic and ever-changing. I believe that the best way to improve your health and fitness level is through constancy and accountability.
What You'll Need:
5x5' area in your house or garage (Free) Dumbbells in the size 5, 8, 10 later 15, 20 (Usually $1-2 a pound) Fitness/Pilates ball. If you're under 6' you'll need 65cm. Over 6' get 75cm. ($20) Timer / timer app on your phone (Free) Around $50-100 and your home gym is set. Optional Equipment: Resistance bands ($10-20) Bosu ($100) Kettle Bells ($10-50)
